公司 1402 乾坤 台積電 地點 新竹 新竹 新竹 職位 維護工程師 軟體工程師 測試設備工程師 薪資 53k 55k 核薪中（猜測48k） 年薪 約15個月 保14，幾乎16+ 應該20+吧 加薪 1~2k/年 年年加，幅度不知 年年加，幅度不知 工時 常日8hr 常日 常日班 周休 隔周休二日 週休二日 週休二日 加班 少(報錢或假) 責任制 ？，應該可報吧 住宿 租屋 租屋 租屋 板友好，左邊為現職，目前傾向跳乾坤 1402提出慰留，說預計明年中升主任（應該不是空頭票），屆時薪資應為7?k 估計年薪應該在100~110左右，副理經理更是強力慰留，說我早晚升到他們位置 一個180一個270... 週一接到台積電話，問我報到意願，還說會做reference check 結果禮拜二中午，前主管就接到電話... 不知道後續流程要多久 剛剛又有想法，還是說先不要跳乾坤，等台積電... 如果上了就提離職 如果出了什麼亂子，就繼續蹲1402，做我的主任夢.... 不知道板友怎麼看？ 原PO 30未滿 無家室/房貸/車貸壓力 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.243.17.107 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407971258.A.3C5.html
