富邦金擬與陸銀相互參股

富邦金控周三表示，對陸資參股一向持開放態度，富邦金若能與陸銀「相互參股」，將是最有利的安排。

富邦金控總經理龔天行說，金希望能引進「具策略價值且門當戶對」的合作對象，參股比率是各自取得對方2成股權。

龔天行表示，富邦已在接觸相關目標，希望能與陸銀相互參股。至於參股對象的資產規模，他表示，最好能「門當戶對」，且既然是「策略夥伴」，應該各自拿到對方20%股權，才是理想的參股模式。

富邦金周三在法說會中預估，今年台股現金股利收入達104.48億元，與去年差不多；上半年已有4.6億元股息入帳，其餘99.88億元股息，將在下半年陸續入帳。其中富邦人壽所持有的投資部位貢獻最多，股息進帳約88.04億元。
