江揆：十月電價會調

十月調漲電價反彈聲浪大，行政院長江宜樺今天接受udn tv獨家專訪表示，從負責任的決策角度來看，十月調漲電價「是絕對應該調」，但政府也會考量電價調漲對弱勢用戶及小商家的衝擊，目前正思考「做一些微調」，至於用電大戶，政府會建立一種「要付出較大代價」的觀念。
