印度開放200億美元的REIT市場

印度已經批准成立不動產投資信託（REITs）、並可掛牌上市，希望藉此開放這個價值200億美元的市場。

印度證券交易委員會（SEB）說，REIT必須擁有至少50億盧比（8,200萬美元）以上的資產，而投資人最少得投入20萬盧比。

印度報業托拉斯（Press Trust of India）引述資本市場主管機關指出，將在一到兩個月內發布最終通知，讓REIT新規定生效。

在印度利率水準高、經濟成長逼近10年最低的情況下，苦苦掙扎的印度地產開發商亟需現金，如今政府開放REIT，能提供業者新的融資管道。另一方面，REIT能讓投資人有能力參與印度的房市，但不需要直接投資。

券商Emkay Global Financial Services公司認為，印度市值最大的地產開發商DLF公司，擁有約260萬平方公尺的營業租賃資產，將是「一大受惠者」。
