超豪華！6.6億買慾望凱莉紐約豪宅

「紐約慾女」莎拉潔西卡派克（Sarah Jessica Parker）2011年在紐約格林威治村、東10街，以約5.7億元台幣購入約191坪的連排豪宅，內部裝潢簡潔現代，總共有戶外小花園、5個房間、2個超大衣櫥、7個壁爐，目前開價6.6億元求售，若成功出售將賺進約9千萬元。
 
雖然衣櫥吊掛衣服，但一塵不染的房間和廚房，乾淨到發亮的浴室和客廳，看起來不像是有人長期在此居住，網友說這像是無菌室，也像樣品屋，也有人說看起來像廣寒宮且了無生趣。不過下個幸運屋主肯定很開心，只要帶兩卡皮箱即可入住，這裡就像是現代藝術畫廊，不需要再重新裝修，莎拉潔西卡派克都已布置妥當。
 
事實上她狡兔有三窟，這裡確實不是她每天回家的地方，今年她接受美國版《VOGUE》公開西村豪宅住家，和這間投資用途的豪宅之裝潢風格截然不同，多了濃濃的人味。（娛樂中心／綜合報導）
