代PO ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 各位大大好,最近我接到了閎康科技的OI工程師的面試邀請 工作內容是: 1.IC Decap,De-layer 2.x-ray分析 3.SEM 分析 4.光學顯微鏡操作 因為對這間公司不是很了解,所以想稍微請問一下~ 1.請問面試時有什麼需要特別注意的嗎?! 會不會問一些專業的問題呢? 2.請問閎康的工時正常嗎?! 是否需要常加班呢? 3.有查到閎康是採用點數制~~ 想請問這邊的點數制是指公司統一接案,然後員工在看自己做越多案子賺越多嗎? 或者是要自行跟客戶接洽案子來做呢? 4.有看到這份工作需要輪小夜班(一定要?) , 想請問閎康的小夜班是幾點到幾點呢? 5.想請問公司氣氛如何呢? 6.不曉得點數制大家覺得如何呢? 如果跟 宜特 或 汎銓 這兩間給加班費的比較的話, 各位會覺的哪間好呢? 雖然有些問題都可以面試時問,但還是想說先上來跟各位大大請較一下~~ 想先了解一下公司的概況! 麻煩一下知道的大大幫忙回答一下,感謝 麻煩了^^" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.129.17.156 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410265475.A.5F3.html
