防脫產 扣押強冠副總、進威旗下帳戶

屏東地檢署凍結強冠副總戴啟川名下帳戶存款及進威公司旗下帳戶723萬元。屏檢表示，為提防餿水油廠商脫產，未來無法進行相關賠償、刑責，已指揮屏東縣調查站、財政部南區國稅局清查郭烈成名下資金、存款和相關資產，其賓士車也已扣押。

另外，針對強冠公司是否涉嫌違反稅捐稽徵法、商業會計法等，目前屏東縣調查站與財政部南區國稅局已積極調查。
