有關各家業者4G涵蓋率問題

8/30號台X大和遠X電信相繼推出它們的4G 1800MHZ頻寬的網路。
不過問題來了,這兩家電信皆是以700MHZ為主,
而此頻寬最大的特點是低頻所以訊號繞射能力強,較1800MHZ收訊較好,
但是這兩家電信網站所公布的4G涵蓋率是以哪一頻寬為標準?
會不會出現涵蓋圖上有涵蓋到的地方而僅支援1800MHZ的手機卻收不到訊號?
PS:我拿兩台分別支援700MHZ和1800MHZ的手機在新北市三芝區的一處地點
(台X和遠X電信業者所公布的4G網路皆有含蓋的地點之下),
會不會出現僅700MHZ的手機收到訊號,1800MHZ的手機卻收不到訊號?
