「客戶永遠是對的」 超市接受7歲男新設計的包裝圖案

「客戶永遠是對的！」可以說是在服務業裡最常聽到的一句話。一名小男孩寫信給一家超市，建議重新設計棕醬（Brown sauce）上的包裝圖案，沒想到超市竟然接納他的意見，將棕醬換上他畫的新圖案。

根據英國《每日郵報》（Daily Mail）報導，英國一名7歲小男孩哈利（Harry Deverill）覺得棕醬上的圖案太無趣，決定寫信建議超市重新設計圖案，並隨信附上自己所畫的幾張草稿，作為建議。幾個星期後，超市主管回信給男孩，表示同意男孩的意見，並已決定採用他的「設計圖」。

「小小設計師」哈利說：「他不理解棕醬（Brown sauce）上原本搭配的圖案是什麼意思，他只不過把自己平常最愛的「培根+蛋+棕醬」的組合畫上去，就變成新的一個版本。」現在超市上的棕醬有著哈利手繪版本的新圖案，不但讓產品看起來更活潑，也能證明廠商相當重視「年輕」客戶的意見。
