【請教】器材名稱及用法。

我個人覺得自己有點偏瘦，又因為社區健身房有一些健身器材，想利用它們來做點重訓。

這些健身器，雖然都有英文圖解和名稱（？），大致上是還能明白用法。我試著去 Google，想找點想關的知識，例如：較正確安全的用法，不過可能關鍵字下得不好，所以不太能找到我想要的資訊。

也因此拍了些照片，想請大家給我一點方向甚至用法，先謝謝大家。
