這幾天找工作運氣不錯面試幾家公司錄取機率都頗大都有接到後續通知心裡頗開心但頭痛的是不知道該選哪一家薪資相當接近休假制度全都一樣也幾乎可以準時下班或是delay一點點時間而已所以剩下的就是用比較法來選擇要去哪一份工作所以想請大家給點意見 A距離遠近 B公司產業自己是否有興趣 C公司內部工作氣氛 D其他福利:分紅,特休,三節獎金,年終,員工旅遊 E工作內容繁雜程度(假設薪資很接近,但是做的內容是複雜或是單純) F需要跟老闆或是客戶用到英文的多寡 (因為自己本身英文聽說沒有很好,多少擔心) G工作職掌內容與其他同事的分配界線是否明確 H是否有發展性,可長遠一直做下去 F是否能學習到專業的知識技能以上幾點大家的在乎排名順序是什麼呢? 請給點意見謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 124.8.230.20 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398163744.A.762.html
