陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢31日上午公布偵結起訴結果與相關案情釐清。軍檢報告指出，禁閉室監視器並未遭到人為調整。
根據軍檢公布的洪仲丘死亡案摘要報告指出，在洪仲丘往生後，軍事檢察官立即與桃園憲兵隊前往269旅禁閉室，查扣監視器系統主機，複製洪仲丘入禁閉室至事發後的監視畫面。
禁閉室8號鏡頭7月1日1400至1542時無錄影檔案，經法務部調查局鑑定，確認監視器系統硬碟內當日錄存之影像檔未遭刪除。
至於日前立委前往禁閉室視察時，指出指向禁閉室的8號鏡頭方向能夠人為調整；軍檢調查指稱，6月28日至7月3日連續畫面攝錄畫面始終在同一位置，並未遭到人為之板動調整。
