幾年前買房子 到現在103年 大概增值1倍...如果沒有賣掉 那增值只是自爽的 值得高興嗎?

現在買房子 可能過幾年跌了1倍 很生氣嗎? 要賣嗎? 沒有要賣 何必生氣? 早知道就不買了??

早知道我就統治世界了 ... 買房還是買車? 個人價值觀不同而已
