進威進口牛油　檢約談遠東油脂查流向

桃園縣衛生局昨天查出進威公司與桃園遠東油脂公司間有交易，但業者拿出單據解釋，是在2012年間與進威及其他10幾家公司一起向澳洲一家公司進口牛油（取自動物體內，同一般食用粗油）1600多噸，到高雄港時發現總噸數少了8公噸，他們多拿了一些牛油，進威則是少拿，直到今年才把多拿幾公噸的價錢7萬元轉匯給進威，他們與進威的關係僅此而已。
 
但桃園縣衛生局對業者的說法存疑，今天報請桃園地檢署後，由檢察官姚重珍會同桃園縣調查站、衛生局與衛福部等單位人員再到 遠東油脂公司稽查，晚間並以証人身分約談負責人，釐清與進威的關係和生產的過程，並請業者向澳洲輸出商要求提供牛油生產的原料及製程等。
 
據指出，業者提供資料顯示，澳洲出口公司有註明，牛油精煉後可供人食用，但國內並未有相關法令規定及國家標準，惟這部分還有待衛福部來認定；另外，業者說有精煉，是否真的有精煉過？仍有待檢調等單位深入調查中。
