減重門診 涉不實病歷詐健保給付

台南市某中醫診所開辦自費減重門診，除收取門診自付費用，還涉嫌再以「關節痛」、「睡眠障礙」等不實就醫記錄，向健保署申請醫療給付，約有19名患者被利用，檢警調查自101年起共詐領健保醫療給付24萬多點，詐欺所得約達新台幣24萬多元，診所姜姓負責人及賴姓醫師分別交保候傳。

南檢檢察官吳維仁接獲健保署南區業務組情資，指稱位於臺南市中西區的這家中醫診所，涉嫌自101年起陸續以不實病歷向健保署詐領健保醫療給付，19名門診患被冠以不實就醫記錄，診所詐欺所得約達新台幣24萬多元。

兩名被告涉共同涉有詐欺取財罪嫌、登載不實文書罪嫌，檢察官訊後向法院聲請羈押，經裁定分別以30萬元、20萬元交保。
