各位版上先進好!! 魯蛇小弟我背景為116工管碩畢，工作經驗5年，有幸拿到神準物管offer 想問問看前輩們，對於這份工作對未來發展性與原公司是否較高? 原公司(光電業) 神準(網通業) 職務製造課長(小生管) 物流管理師地點中科林口華亞園區待遇 N*14+(獎金=2) 交通家裡租屋工時 11~12hrs+ on call 11hrs? on call? 因為原工作是由課長升至廠端生管，基本上還是做一樣的東西，有點膩... 24hrs on call下，壓力也頗大... 雖然不知道神準物管的工時與壓力狀況如何但本人比較有興趣轉換跑道，畢竟光電業前景不佳，再做下去也很難有好發展也怕超過30被定型，想換就不容易了。年薪都差不多就卡在每個月多出來的房租因此想問問版上前輩，在未來的發展上面是否值得轉換跑道? 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.170.90.66 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1398092882.A.923.html
