北市刑大澄清 未調閱所有病例

對於立法委員今天指稱台北市刑警大隊，向醫院調閱強闖行政院送醫傷者的就醫紀錄是侵害人權做法；台北市刑警大隊晚間發澄清稿指出，由於北市刑大正在調查政院驅離過程中，是否有警察因執法過當傷害民眾，因此才向醫院調閱傷者資料及就醫紀錄打算進行訪查；警方強調是為保障傷者權益，並未要蒐集醫院所有就診者的個人病歷。
