老公是念設計出身， 現在在一間實境導覽的公司上班，就是網站上環場拍照的那個東西。 公司很小，只有他跟他老闆兩個人還有一個業務， 因為學到不多也學的差不多了，且一個月實際工作大概只有工作五天， 做的滿心虛的，而且公司在虧錢狀態， 雖然說老闆不缺錢，只是要個工作而已，但還是感覺隨時會倒， 於是在工作兩年後跟老闆談想要換到其他公司， 然後老闆為了挽留他，答應他可以接外包， 做了一年多也有固定客源了，目前的薪水是這樣： 目前薪資32K+外包大約每個月15K~30K 如果再找工作的話，可以學到更多東西，但是薪水勢必沒有現在好而且落差滿大的... 但是如果不找，公司未來不知道哪年倒了，自己又會的不多 請問該如何抉擇?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.175.71
