十一黃金周與新旅遊法下的日月潭冷

大陸「十一黃金周」原是陸客來台旅遊高峰，往年此時日月潭陸客如織遊艇碼頭擠滿陸客團，但今年10月1日碰到大陸新旅遊法實施，規定陸客團不得購物並提高團費，施行首日日月潭陸客團銳減，1日上午直至中午陸客團稀稀疏疏，搭遊艇陸客減少逾半，用餐也腰折。

劉姓遊艇業者說，往年10月1日的水社碼頭遊人如織其中陸客團占多數，往年此時他們一天可接50團，今天只接到20多團，少了很多，這是短期現象，他覺得新旅遊法出爐，經數月盤整將對整體旅遊市場帶來正面效應，他看好未來的發展，這未必是件壞事。

日月潭區一名餐廳業者說，往年此日1天可接20多團，今天只接到3分之1的陸客，希望這是短期現象。

另潭區從事陸客購物團業者則拒絕受訪，只私下表示，要觀察一段時間；導遊則說，有些鏢客商店昨天暫停營業，看來初期影響不小。
