【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】受累於美國聯邦政府面臨17年來首度局部停擺夢魘等因素，衝擊美股3大指數開低，其中道瓊工業指數一度下挫逾170點，或逾1.1%，納斯達克以及S&P 500指數跌幅也一度近1%。
