法國外長法比斯十七日說，聯合國的報告證明，敘利亞八月發生的神經毒氣屠殺，「毫無疑問」是總統阿塞德政權所為，使用的是大量的沙林毒氣。法比斯說：「報告強化那些指責敘國政權有罪者的立場。」（法新社）
