貨櫃車擦撞小客車　橫跨路面交通回堵

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】國道3號北上下中和交流道的匝道，今天上午8時許發生一起聯結車與自小客發生擦撞，造成2人輕傷，送醫治療後無大礙。

警方表示，由於事故現場為2線道的匝道，貨櫃車因擦撞後橫跨在整個路面，又正逢上班時間，造成交通阻塞，國道員警已到場交管，紓解交通中。
