美股上周五漲多跌少，僅費城半導體下跌，台股本周有宏達電、友達、聯發科、矽品等法說會將陸續召開，牽動大盤的神經，台股29日小跌開出後，在大立光漲停及金融股撐盤下，早盤指數曾翻紅，但權值股及傳產股賣壓加重，指數愈走愈低，終場收8084.5點，下跌64.9點，成交655.42億元。
美股上周五漲跌互見，道瓊工業指數收漲3.22點，漲幅0.02%，收15558.83點；NASDAQ指數收漲7.98點，漲幅0.22%，以3613.16點作收；S&P 500指數收漲1.4點，漲幅0.08%、以1691.65點作收；費城半導體收跌4.28點，跌幅0.9%，收473.12點。
台股本周將有包括宏達電、聯發科、矽品、友達等電子廠召開法說會，公司是否釋出正面消息，吸引市場的關注，早盤以8146.14點開出，小跌3.26點，大立光跳空漲停開出股價衝達1070元，聯發科、鴻海也是撐盤指標，激勵大盤指數早盤一度翻紅。
電子股以股王大立光的表現最搶眼，一開盤就攻上漲停1070元，創下歷史新天價，可惜盤中打開，終場收在1035元，漲幅3.5%；聯發科收紅，但鴻海漲勢無法持續，尾盤收黑。
台積電開低，力守百元價位、聯電也是開低走低的表現、宏達電將在30日召開法人說明會，但股價仍是下跌，收在168.5元，跌幅3.71%。
早盤指數雖曾拉上紅盤，但電子股賣壓加重，金融股也是由紅翻黑，生技股表現強勢，收漲1.1%；汽車股也收漲1.15%，橡膠股收漲0.96%，傳產股跌勢重，食品、觀光、化學等股跌幅都逾1%。
