請問先進:
CAA規範中將直升機性能分為三級如下

1. 直昇機起降場位於人口稠密且無適當迫降區（congested hostile environment）可供使用之環境飛航，往／返起降之直昇機，應符合一級直昇機性能需求。
2直昇機於起降階段應確認能執行安全迫降，始得以二級性能方式飛航。
3三級性能直昇機飛航，僅限飛航於具安全迫降環境（non-hostile environment）之地區。

可否詳加說明此三級之差異?若有例子更佳! 感謝!
