馬英九增聘資深律師　盼撤王金平假處分

【綜合報導】總統馬英九與立法院長王金平政爭進入第2階段，國民黨眼見資深律師陳明單刀不敵王金平的7人年輕律師團，讓台北地院上周裁准王金平暫時保有黨員權利，昨補強戰力再找林合民、李永裕，和陳明組成資深律師團提起抗告，主張北院無權審理政黨內部事務，且王金平已經失去立委資格，沒必要再保護他的黨權，因此要求廢棄北院的假處分裁定，高院近日將作出裁定。

馬英九昨在國民黨黨團大會上說：「訴訟會繼續進行，這代表一個理念，一定要有個是非，我一向尊重法律，有時候也許被人罵不知變通，但有時候，我們的文化也太會變通。」王金平則說：「這是法律程序；我尊重國民黨提出抗告，一切平常心。」王的委任律師許英傑今天將到北院申請閱卷，了解國民黨的抗告理由。
