4名在押1日晚間都獲得交保，2日傳出復職後將調單位

洪仲丘案被告范佐憲等4人於1日晚間交保，引起全國譁然。軍檢已提出抗告，按照軍事法院最速件行政程序，若抗告成功，羈押庭最快將在7日召開。
陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，原在押的被告時任542旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲與269旅禁閉室管理士陳毅勳等4名被告，1日晚經軍事法院裁定交保。
4人交保消息傳出，不只引起洪仲丘家屬表達強烈不滿，社會輿論更高度關注。3日下午，超過10萬人走上凱達格蘭大道，不只要求洪案真相，更表達對4人交保的不滿。
高等軍事法院發言人倪運喜上校4日表示，高軍院已收到軍檢提出的抗告狀，將在5日送最高軍事法院合議庭審理，合議庭將以書面審理，不會開庭。
倪運喜表示，若最高軍事法院評議「發回」，高等軍事法院將會發傳票，重開何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲羈押庭；陳毅勳的羈押庭則將由北部地方軍事法院召開。
按照軍事法院行政程序，洪案被告交保抗告若以最速件處理，軍檢提出的抗告狀最快5日由高等軍事法院送至最高軍事法院評議，若裁定發回，羈押庭最快7日召開。
