2013年第十五屆台北電影獎頒獎典禮於20日晚間揭曉，評審團主席陳可辛表示，在評審過程中大家都很有共識，沒有太多的爭論，不過討論最久的是女主角的部分。
陳可辛提到，自己在這麼短的時間內把所有電影看完，自己其實喜歡幾乎每一部片，本來以為大家討論需要2天的時間，也因為很有共識，所以獎項都在一天內討論完，而且得獎的都是高票，很驚訝這麼多來自不同地方、喜好、電影文化的評審意見這麼相同。

他也認為，今年的競賽影片長片沒有特別長，短片沒有特別短，影片的格局把完成度拉高。至於討論最久的項目，是女主角的部分，但大家都喜歡13歲的林彥禎，沒有刻意弄一個翻盤的獎項。
影帝方面，王羽確實不是唯一的一個被討論的，但他自己一看完就很喜歡他的角色，又因為自己跟他比較熟，怕偏私，也不想影響大家，但陳可辛也說：「有些戲沒有某個演員就不行，就算找了得過奧斯卡的演員，不是那個人就不會有這個效果。」

至於「百萬首獎」已經連續第四年被紀錄片拿走，陳可辛也說，《築巢人》確實是最震撼的一個戲，所有人看玩出來都只有「哇」一個字，相當實至名歸。 (接下一頁)
